Four steps stand between you and membership. Start below — it takes a few minutes.

Get the membership form
Download it from the Downloads page once uploaded, collect one at the office, or ask us to send it on WhatsApp.

Attach your documents
A copy of your national ID and passport photos. Bring the original ID when you visit — never send your ID number through this website.

Pay entrance fee and shares
Pay the entrance fee, buy your share capital and make your first monthly deposit. The current amounts are set by the bylaws — ask us for the figures.

Attend orientation
Meet the committee, learn how savings, loans and meetings work, and get your member number.

- Completed membership form
- Copy of national ID (bring the original)
- Passport photos
- Entrance fee — amount to be confirmed
- Share capital — amount to be confirmed
- First monthly deposit — amount to be confirmed
How to pay
If the Sacco introduces an M-Pesa Paybill or Till number for contributions, it will be published here — confirmed in writing by the committee first. Until then, confirm how to pay at the office or on WhatsApp.
Protect yourself
Mutheki Sacco will never ask for your PIN or password. Always confirm payment details on this website or at the office. Never send your national ID number through this website — bring it to the office.
